Settle the water first.. rest can do later

Why you have ammonia and nitrate is because you have bb but sadly not enough so there is more ammonia than your bb can process

Increase water change, increase filtration and increase volume of bio media

Size matters so you be doing alot of water changes till you get a bigger tank

D Drips702 , I agree with all that has been said

Over and above the water changes and reducing stock, I would invest asap in at least a sump
Will increase your water volume and media

Update

I have removed some fish and added some buo media and a sponge filter with some lava rock. The next day after my .25ppm ammonia reading and after some waterchanges i seem to have my ammonia and nitrite under controll. My last readings where 0amm,0nitri,and my nitrate was still kinda high at around or over 40ppm. Im still doing around 2 30%-50% wc twice a week to keep nitrates low.

However i still have a big issue, i just noticed that he has some white patches under his disk. I dont know if this is ammonia burn or some kind of fungal infection. This is my first stingray so im not sure whats considered normal behavior. He swims up and down the glass alot, sometimes if im doing a wc he will burry himself. He also a very aggressive eater, he ate just a couple hours after i got him. I have ordered some prazi pro just in case.

Im hoping someone here can help me out

Here ate some pics and ill post a video so you guys can see if he seems healthy or not.

Heater burn from your uncovered heater.

That tank is quite small for a stingray.

Why order prazipro "just in case"....? Did your other fish have flukes? Spend some serious time reading the forum and pouring over past posts and experiences other have had. All of these mistakes could have been easily avoided by spending less than an hour of your time reading.

I have tried to search this forum but i guess i didn't look hard enough . im glad to find out its a heater burn , i ordered prazi pro just in case and it doesnt hurt to have some if i ever need it in the future.

Ill look up the best way to cover the heater up, i saw king of diy make a diy canister with pvc pipe and he placed a heater on it maybe i can try that .
