Is this really a Red Devil?...and some 240 pics

I was toying with the idea of starting over with some juvies to growout in my 240. I have scrapped that idea for now and decided to keep with my big guys. As I get some more tanks in the fish room, I will do the Rapps order. I just picked up this red devil for $15 from a guy. Does this look more Midas or RD to you guys. I know that it might be a mix if I didn't get it from a breeder. What do you guys think it looks more like?

Here is one more of the RD. I am not sold. I am thinking more midas. He is thick and has a pronounced nuchal hump. He is about 12 inches.

i actually wanna say RD.

I don't think there is a way to know for sure. That being said, I have always thought that midas were a little beefier and had a more pronounced nuchal hump.

i say RD .. the lips and eyes point To RD to me...and he has more characteristics of a red devil in general... still could be a mix , most of them are... he is a beauty no matter what.........
