Well the big white dots are his coloring. I hope he doesn't because hes in his new tank with 5 other Catfish
 
just going by that first pic in the 2nd post you made, i would say it looks a little bit like it, although i guess it could have also been air bubbles on its body or the bag its in?
 
Well I setup his tank and I was moving him from his old tank. I don't have a net so I used a breeder plastic thing to move him and I noticed it. Ill have to keep a eye on him
