maybe they are just more suseptible to it then the other fish ? I would do the water change and if you can try getting them some crickets and load the crickets with a vitamen and see if that helps boost their imune system up ..... I don't think it can hurt I have started my oscars on a vitamen and they are alot more active and actually showing more colors then they did
