Is this stand gonna hold?

The stand can hold the weight, but I would worry about the tank. I have seen multiple people suspend their tanks off the sides like that, but I wouldn't trust it.

My first comment was obviously being dramatic, but I'm a bit surprised that you say you'd trust it to hold around 700 pounds. Without cross bracing on at least the back, it would scare the hell out of me to hold that kind of weight on that stand.

I've had a 125 that ran for years on pretty much the same design, given there was one extra set of vertical to cover the span.
 
When you rebuild it, put the legs between the upper and lower frames as opposed to inside them. Right now, all the weight is being supported by just the fasteners. Skin it with plywood to strengthen it from folding. Glass tanks don't need the floor supported like acrylic does, but the stand should touch the lower frame all the way around.
