Is this still considered a BIG crappie

In Indiana a 12" Dewart Lake black crappie is 1 lb. But in Patoka Lake in Southern Indiana it would be lucky to be 12 oz.

I caught a 17.5" White Crappie at Patoka Lake & it was 2.25 lbs.
My brother caught a 18.25" black crappie there and it was 3.25 lbs, and the day before a white crappie was caught that was 19" and 3lbs, 2 oz.


im pretty sure mine is a white :D ill take a pic and post it up when i get home :D caught it through the ice here at a local MN lake snapped my 2lb test at the hole and had to fish my hand in there to get her.. no icehouse either.. lol it was very very cold :D
