Is this sturgeon Idea possible

Without a chiller I don't think you'll be able to keep the water below 70, sometimes it's 100 degrees for a week straight in the summer here. Sounds like a crazy ambitious idea to me.

Sturgeon available generally come from sturgeon farms ,many in Europe .
And I recommended starlets because most of the others grow to big.

Well if people on YouTube are doing it then you should be good to go. I guess those sighs around the bays and rivers in Ny/Nj about sturgeon being illegal to possess are incorrect.

No, the signs are correct. The two species of sturgeon found along the east coast of the US are Atlantic sturgeon and shortnose sturgeon, both of which are listed as endangered. So yes, it is illegal to possess either.

I think an outdoor pond in NJ is going to be too hot. Maybe you could set it up in your basement.
Here in Maine the juvenile (and some adult) Atlantic and shortnose sturgeons are found in rivers where temps can reach 25 C or even more on really hot days.
