Is this tank big enough for this stock?

The tank dimensions are 94" long by 48" wide by 40" tall. Is this tank big enough for the following stock?
Here's the stock:
10- bristlenose plecos
3-oscars
3- dempseys
3- jags
3- convicts
2- Texas
2- cuban
2- red devil
2- green terror
4- blood parrots
No comments on how "lame" the stock is. I just need to know if this tank is big enough. If its big enough can I add 5 banjo catfish, 5 striped raphaels, and 2 endli bichirs? There will be huge amounts of hiding places as well. I will be starting the build within the next three months. The build is planned out already. No comments on that or they will be ignored. I just need the questions I asked answered, thats all.

+1 build the tank, worry about stock later. Besides i think you'll have alot of aggression issues. And endlies would potentially eat the cons and bn plecos

I will have a 3000 gph pond filter with a 5000 gph huge sump.

That's very untrue man. Kelbri are the FASTEST growing pbass. Smallest are orinos. They stay around 17-18 inches
