I would remove the severum and add 3 or 4 more discus, along with an additional fluval or other canister filter for increased filtration.

discus are extremely placid fish and a severum just wouldnt fit in imo. sevs are too boistrous especially at feeding and i cant see discus getting a look in. and i know how bad hyper aggressive sevs are and they are mean as hell even up against a male con and P. loisellei.
stick with discus or stick to sevs. one or the other as you get good colour varieties in both.

They're a lot more aggressive than discus, both have the same body shape - eventually the severum will start to attack the discus.
