Is this tank scrap or runnable as is?

Thanks everyone for all the input and suggestions! Not a big glass guy so it's very pleasantly surprising since with little experience I was going to lean far on the side of caution. Now I'm leaning towards reseal and test it for a while at least.

To answer some questions -

Only the last two pictures show the one chip that happened in transit, the others were preexisting. They're all about midway up the tank

I have no idea the history on this tank, other than that the top frame braces (plastic) had cracked, and the prior owner tried to brace with glass but couldn't get it to stick, so he used metal clamps (LOL). Apparently had it that way for several years. I doubt it has been resealed based on that, unless there was an owner before him that did it.

I'd have to double check on the tank dimensions but it's in the area of 96x24wx30h

FreshyFresh FreshyFresh which one is the bullseye you are referring to?

The only thing that would concern me is if one of these chips were to turn into a crack that could run.

The sea shell shape is just a chip the crack that’s circled will be what could run.
If this is facing the edge it would probably be fine. It will run to the edge and stop.
If it was facing the center of the pane I would be concerned.
