should be good for about 2 years, then its guna be hard to turn around.

no way. 2ft silver only needs 6inch depth to turn.
like gr8 said... very debatable but ill say its ok!

Mines in a 220, been there for several years now. He's fine...

30inch wide would be better

I remember one fella on this forum said his 26" silver aro could turn in 4" wide of space, but that doesnt mean you should keep him in a 4" wide tank. Good advice.
The arowana can turn in this size tank at any size and age.

A silver aro will be happy in that tank for quite awhile. Once it gets up to 30" long I would think that the silver would become quit cramped, and at that time you'll have to decide what is best. For a silver aro to reach 30" will take 5-7 years, maybe longer or maybe quicker, but seems the 5-7 years is average time span.

Seems like a good choice to me. That Aro never knew a day of freedom in his life so the tank is fine as long as you care for him.

if thats the best you can afford for now, i think it would be fine. if upgrade is possible in the future, its best
