the same with one river in the Philippines near Monumento going towards Malinta Valenzuela. The river can be stepped on and you won't even sink due to massive pile of garbage. I am not sure how it is now. But when rainy season comes, imagine all the pile of garbage covering the low lying bridge, not even a truck can pass, only speed boats! but, that is bad enough. can't imagine how they manage their water system.

wow, thats a heavily polluted river. Wonder if anything is adapt enough to live in there.
