I have tested both tap water and tap water with 1 drop of prime.
I found the tap water was at 40PPM and the tap water plus a drop of prime was 0ppm.
Yet when i add tap water to my aquarium along with prime i cannot seem to reduce the nitrates?
Perhaps the 1 drop in the small test tube is more influential than the several caps over the 800 litres of water
