Is this UV any good?

But is it good at preventing diseases also? Im not looking to just kill algae.

if it kills algae, im sure it will kill diseases/parasites too

im cheap so i got the small one
im sure the bigger one would have been better
but with limited light and this uv my tank stays clear
no clue on diseases

Im lookin to prevent diseases..
So I was thinking of getting the big 1 and the small 1 for my 150g. With the both of them in there I should b good right?
