Hello, I'm new here (please don't kill me if this has been asked before) I was thinking of making my own plant decor by using a glue gun. The sticks says it's non toxic, maybe for people but what about fish? I've run out of aquarium glue and I'm short of money but I'm worried that being cheap could lead me to dead fish. Thanks!

I’m not really sure whiter using a glue gun will kill your fish. But I do know that if you use aquarium silicone it will hold better and last longer. And it’s definitely safe for fish..

I've been using a gluegun after taking the default bottoms off of my plastic plants and then gluing suction cups on the bottoms... no problems!

i dont see any harm for it, but id go safe and spend the 5$ on some aquarium silicone:thumbsup:

Aquarium silicone, don't risk it.

You guys should also know that GE Window and Door silicone is 100% silicone with no additives! Basically aquarium silicone, and much cheaper. Just DO NOT get bathroom or any other kind, as it has mold inhibitors in it. Window and door clear silly-cone=aquarium silly-cone without the price markup!
