Supposedly the original spelling was Gouk, pronounced like Coke.
...it was later made into KOK, meaning King Of Kings...but Whatever and Whatever. Its Flowerhorns, we can do and say whatever we like.

You can even cross your own breeds and name it yourself, and if the fish is beautiful and consistent then the name will carry on.
Gouk is actually translate to horn in Chinese but small kok is a major problem lol
