You have no idea, till you've owed one. The ONLY snake, I've ever owned, that I'll admit has extensive "intellegence". And, the only snake, I've ever owned that has made me nervous.

Also, the only snake I've owned that I have a pure, 100%, unadelterated LOVE for. One day, I'll own more.

I'll go toe to toe with a 15' wild caught Retic anyday...before I'll feel the same way, about a 5' CB Naja kaouthia. lol Big, mean, wild caught Retics just want to hurt you. kaouthia plan out ways to kill you.

Viperkeeper is an amazing individual and while he may be a bit "brash" at times, he means nothing but the best. His experiance and knowledge and handling is something left to be desired, by the most experianced venomous keeper. I greatly enjoy his videos and am glad that he takes the time (and the risks), to film his day to day tasks and broadcast them, for all of us to see.

yeah Im a big venom fan. Love the alertness of cobras. Though he can be a bit abrasive at times, I think hes a good guy though with lots of experience, have you watched Viperkeepers channel much. i met him in person. nice guy. he is very good and interesting.
a bit odd. he luved to hiss at the cobra that kept striking at him. lol
