You could probably get 10-15 for each Oscar, not sure on the going rate for bass.

I’ve seen those go for about 25-40 at that size. 25 is probably a good price, not sure if others can weigh in.
Like I said im not great with Cichla but Im leaning towards kel here are some kel babys somone more experienced with Chicla will chime in
