Istlanum Update

[Ruck Fules]

I almost lost my female Istlanum to bloat. It was sick for almost 1 1/2 months. Back to normal for a week now and gained her bulk back. I changed my feeding schedule, the amount of food I give, and amount of water change.

Here she is now. One was taken with a different camera setting.

The "used to be" smaller male took advantage and is the same size as her now. Both are around 7". I'll post pics of the male too.

Have they tried to breed?

they are in a divided tank with a clear acrylic divided. The tube is down on both and constantly dig and clean a spot, but when I placed them together in a 210 gallon tank, they tried to kill each other.

Thanks Sean. I wish it was that easy. Hopefully they breed even with a divider. There's a 1 inch space in between the tank floor and the divider.
