Has anyone seen 'The Dodo's Guide To Survival' (I think it's called)? The whole point of the program is to show how we are the kings of survival, but our intelligence is our downfall. I could go on a whole rant but I think I'll save that for another day.

That's sobering. All the more reason to support captive bred fish. What I don't get though-the last sighting was 1952. Why does it take 56 yrs to declare them exstinct?

It sucks, but then again I don't think humans are completely at fault. It could just be survival of the fittest.

just sad.. i heard somewhere that since 1900, twenty species of big cats are now extinct too.. i hate seeing our animals go..
