It's a normal green terror with unusual coloration. And the "electric" (I've seen them as "royal") GTs are just normal terrors as well.

If you think its a GTxEBJD hybrid because of the blue pattern you have to think about this, the EB gene is recessive so if a GT and EBJD were to create viable fry, they would all carry a recessive gene for it if at all possible (which I doubt)
So they would just look like reg JDxGT crosses, ie, spangling and general mix of the two and not just a GT with with uncommon color pattern.
