IT FINALLY CAME!! My new tank!!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I love my 8x4x2. I had 5 guys lifting it to the stand, but 3 could have done it. I wheeled the trailer I brought it home on right inside my house and in front of the stand, so it was just up, flip and to the side a few feet. My standing is 4' high, so I was under it helped the other guys lift to the their chests. Fun stuff.

And it's standard name would probably be a 480g, since it's 2x 8x2x2 240g. It holds more like 450g, so I call mine a 450g as well.

congrats... :D

Thanks for all the comments! I gotta thank George (Shoefreak03) though for helping me with process, and answering numerous questions I had about how, what, where to get this tank, so thanks George!

No problem. R1 hooked me up the first time so i'm just passing it on. This is what the hobby should be about.

What are you planning on using for filtration?

A 120 gallon wet/dry. 48x24x24. It holds about 50 gallons of bio balls.
