Umm we ran into a problem... how is the tank glued together, like Do we place the 4 acrylic sheets ontop of the bottom peice or along the side of it? because we are gona have to do some eaxtra cutting either way.

Like I told you in the PM dude...you might want to get a pro in to do this job...this is a big tank.

You should have looked into this earlier...this was the first thing I looked into when I got my tank built...

I would put the sides on top of the the bottom piece. That way the bottom piece is supporting the walls. Look at some of the pics on the forum of acrylic tanks, I think they are done this way generally.

Its not that we dident know what to do, its just we wondered why it wasent done the other way. I should have said it how i ment sorry. The cameras outside so i'll upload the tank stand today. Tomorrow we will finish cutting the top. The stand wont be done untill the tank is. Because we want to get the w/d and pipes in place before we add the finishing peices. We will have 2 openings in the front of the stand (4 doors) they will have handles and everything and the sides will have plywood. We dont know what color we are gona paint it yet though.

It's actully not that hard to build it so far. I'm just worried about the drilling the 2" hole :(.
We also are going to order the glue tomorrow and have them overnight it.

PICS IN THE MORNING!

Looking forward to pix :)

:), will be nothing compared to yours though. :grinno: My arows will be happy though. And my 120gallon will have dats, loaches, and some plecos. Or disucss.
