I dont think there illegal, i think cast netting for them is illegal. I not sure but i think thats what he meant......

SNAKEHEADS ARE FREAKING ILLEGAL. their illegal becauuse fish hobbyists (not us, the dumb ones) let them go in the wild (this is why you can catch them in miami) and they DESTROY our ecosystem. florida has a TON of illegals, if you catch my drift miami:D

OK so your telling me theirs wolf fish, african tiger fish, electric catfish, etc in FL waters?:grinno:
whats on the INTRODUCED SPECIES list IS IN FLORIDA. while some fish might be on the introduced species list AND the prohibited list (channa, spotted tilapia) it doesnt mean you can catch all the fish on the prohibited species list in florida.
aros are under the restricted species list, i guess it doesnt mention asians because its a national ban?

milky-you cant have a channa(snakehead) sorry buddy:cry:

:( egh o well, I still think that if you catch a fish it should be able to be kept in a tank. Also i think you should be able to get a permit for anyfish as long as you can prove you can house it , and take care of it.
