It looks like I have to euthanize my oscar :(

OP, is your fish still alive? (Fingers crossed that it's so!!!) If so, is he still eating? Do you have a separate quarantine tank you can put him in?

This will require nearly 3 weeks of intensive daily attention, but it is possible to cure even advanced cases of HITH and LLED.I have used this method successfully.
 
Update: When I was gonna euthanize my oscar, it suddenly ran up and away. The next few days, the oscar was back to normal. O.o I also found out that when I was asleep one of my family members decided to feed my oscar a bunch of more pellets so I am guessing that is the reason. I am maintaining a good, frequent, water change schedule and my oscar is healing from HITH very rapidly! (by the day!!!!). I am feeding my oscar a healthy diet as well. My oscar will be in tip top shape in no time :).

Hey good luck. Yea I'd say clove oil in the tank. And only if its alone because all your fish will go belly up. You can get it at GNC. And hey others are saying its YOUR FAULT blah blah and they don't feel bad for you (which is harsh, especially because I know your a bit sad) but I'm sure you tried. Good luck with whatever you do bud. But Before you do anything, try saving him with big w/c and temp up and meds.
