Its a IT from what i see in the pic...I also seen this fish on aquabid for $1400 16inches. If he payed that damn that sucks.
just wondering... is it possible to base the ID on the tail coloration ?
IT has a clear edge , bronze/brown tail
ST has an all black tail
correct?
and it seems that this dat got the clear edge, so is that more evidence that its an IT?

you cant ID from tail stripes alone lots of other things to look at
1. tail stripes is a good start
2. colour
3. Body shape
4. middle bar sweeps back to a point in ST
5. last bar before the tail stripes has a larger part at the top in 3 bar IT
