You never know though i know acouple ST's that are below 10inches. 1 is 9inches my friend has and another was 8inches another one had. But more likely you will never find them that small. And yes i can tell a IT and ST apart with the right pics.

as small ST have been impossable to find for close to 3 years you are talking about buying a 3 year old ST that should be 10inch + if its not then it hasnt been feed right
