agreed. i think my main concern is the price too. i'm trying to power buy some but the price is DAMN high. lol
what do you think is a fair retail price for these ?

IMHO There are VT and CT out there but they're rare. Deffo not farm bred. And deffo not in San Fransisco!
In Thailand it seems if you know a guy who knows a guy who knows a guy you might get one. But there are so many 3 bar indos being sold as ST, CT, VT here that it's a real gamble when you buy.
CT, VT here in Thailand will cost more like 600$
 
Oooopps . Didn't read the question. I would pay for max£25 for 1 of those little guys from a lfs. And ask for discount if buying more. Would pay even less if private sale.

What's up Chris! Good to see you on here. That would be good if you were to pick these up for the shop. Have seen some these floating around the bay area. I definitely need to come down for a visit if you pick some of these up.

it's all good and thanks for input all. i appreciate the info. i'm on the fence about getting them though. price is insane !!! from what i gather though, it's not a good idea buying these types of tigers at ST prices.
and about this VT / CT talk.... i thought that was squashed already ? no such thing as CT (cambodian that is)
if they are just contrversial indos, then why the high prices right ?
i'm leaning towards the 25pound valuation myself.
