Alright, that's what I'll do. I bought the aro with the idea of having him with the oscars for a while, so that's the test that will need to happen. One issue I have is the aro isn't hand feeding yet. He is still skittish, and I contributed that to the small tank he's in. Hoping things will change. In the event he doesn't I will move the oscars to the 65, Africans to the aros 55 and the aro will have the 120. Wish me luck. I will be posting some pictures shortly.

Although hand feeding is a lot of fun, I wouldn't make it a major concern. Healthy and not banging on the lid and walls is more important. Just make sure it is comfortable with you being at the glass and movement in the room. I had a jar that was normally calm with little kids jumping around the room but would attack the front glass at the bottom of the tank when my parents brought their dog over.

I have a 12 inch jardini and a 14 inch silver with a 10 inch oscar and 15 inch jaguar i just throw a combination of a bunch of massivore pellets, cichlid pellets, and cut up smelt all at once so there no compition for food and every has a chance to eat...never had any issues

Hand feeding? Nice one, personally I won't put my hand near my Aro with food on-hand, had bloody fingers from touching my the water during feeding time.

Back to the topic, if your Silver is bigger than your Oscars then I'm guessing it'll be fine, they tend to rush to food when hungry and I've never seen anything block out an Aro during feedings, they're hella fast on the sprint.

Just make sure to spread the food and not just drop them in one place.

I have a harder time keeping the food away from the Aro rather giving it to them
