I'm thinking I'm going to get out of the hobby. I used to love every part of keeping fish, every part. Now its more like chores and my fish don't even excite me that much anymore. There are other factors, like busyness, but I'll let you go now. Just sounding off.

just take a break, everyone needs one i took one for 2 years came back and love it even more than when i first started. goodluck with whatever you choose
 
I've gone through this with several hobbies. Unless the fundamentals of a hobby shift in such a way that it repels you, you'll be back. I left fish and 4 years later came back stronger than ever and now I'm recreationally breeding and selling fish.
