I gave up fish for women, in my teens and early 20s. Its the only thing that could keep me away. I kind of regret being away for 10+ years in that time frame.

Also, its that I'm likely moving to texas and can't keep freshwater rays which really was the best part for me. Also I miss the fire in my brain when I was almost obsessed with learning everything about keeping fish and now that appetite is satisfied, and I kind of want to unleash it on something else to expand my mind and expertise. Keep exploring ya know...just wish I knew what is next...I'm thinking of trading in the market.

That's a shame to hear mate. Yes I sometimes think this too. It's a lot of work and it gets tiring especially when keeping a monster sized tank. Anyhow good luck. I'm sure u'll be back

Well this hobby isn't for everyone. I have been in it since 1968. My secret is I never keep more than 1 tank going at once. Maintence is easy and I never get burnt out on it. Good luck in whatever you get into next.
