Why don't you just use the cycled filters from the 400 on the 300? Its not a tank that is cycled, its the filter media, especially if there is no old substrate and/or decor. Are you using all new water?

There sumps. And they were made for that tank. And the tanks sitting outside and it took 8 people to take it off the truck. There was an eheim 2262 but I put it on the tub because I didn't have a filter in it. So I quess I just have to wait a couple days.
