I am a steak person, I wonder how I'd find it. To me a big fat rare fillet steak with garlic butter, fries and salad is food from the heavens.

How good or different did it seem to a very high quality "normal" fillet steak?

to me i couldnt tell the difference....... then again i water down my steaks with steak sauce............ have you ever had a expensive glass of wine and said wow this is good...... then think to yourself...... is it really good? or is it just cuz its expensive?......... or looked a at car and said wow that is nice........ but if you had the money would you buy it?.........

I'm really tempted to go for those Pacus. I'm told somebody landed a 60 lb. Pacu in a nearby lake about a couple of miles from here, somewhere in the Tamiami airport area. I just bought a couple of new rod and reel combos. One is for the Pacus and the other is to replace one I lost when I broke my record. Got too excited and left the rod and reel to take the fish home. The tackle was gone when I returned.
