It's not what I thought it would be... at all.


That said, I am not disappointed.

It's a big ole Sen!

The two biggest bichirs meet face-to-face:

These shots are RIGHT after I put her (I think this is a female also) in, so she is very light.

The poor thing has a damaged nose... it's very red like she's been rubbing up against something for a while, some of the flesh has been rubbed off. I feel bad for it.

I'm kind of glad I got her, at least I can try to heal it.




So, the lights are off and I added salt. Now i'm just hoping for the best.

It's actually the biggest in the tank now... 9" +/-

I need to fatten it up a bit... It doesn't look like it's eaten in a while. I really hope it'll take pellets as willingly as my other sens did -- right off.
