Its not illegal to own or sell a nile croc in the US. Only some state prohibit it. They are sold very regularly in the reptile trade. Though I do agree this animals is for a serious collector not someone looking for a pet. Gorgeous animal though. If I had the space I'd pick him up.
Well said. Good luck...

are you mad i wouldent have it!! i was just asking how much shipping thats all could ask a zoo if they wanted it or some thing like that were would i put a 20ft croc !

that's the point...a lot like your fish...

whats wrong with this the sale of such animals is that some NTAC (no talent *** clown) will buy it because its "cool", then when it eats the family dog or hurts someone at a drunkin party they kill it or worse... release it into the wild. I hope that someone qualified and serious ends up with it!

And know I will step down from my soap box.

It's awesome, but I can't keep an animal like that. If it ends up getting put down pm me about getting the skeleton.

Finding a buyer who can take care of that little guy will be tough....if you really want it to thrive you may consider donating to to a zoo or aquarium in your region. More folks will be able to enjoy him / her and you know it will be well maintained vs impulse buyer who dumps it in a year. Good luck.
