The Phoenix area urban lakes are stocked with white amur and various carp species. They also stock, trout, tilapia species, lmb, smb, channel cats and some non natives they rotate by season. Looks like a freaky grass carp, but I'm no expert. Nice catch. Indian school Park? Tempe town Lake?
