It's not impossible to mix a oscar with a hybrid

Not all fish look the same. There are dozens of flowerhorn varieties, some red, some blue.

I think everyone can agree that this is some sort of flowerhorn crossed with something parachromis, most likely a Parachromis managuensis.
It will be nearly impossible to find a picture of that cross that perfectly matches your fish.

Cichlids are extremely variable in color things like mood, decor, lighting, presents of a rival or mate, even the food being feed can affect these fishes color,
add to that the fact that flowerhorn themselves are hybrid of several species, then mix in the parachromis.

At this point I think this is the best ID you are going to get. Without DNA testing.

Well hybrids are always going to have allot of diversity in how the fry look. Also it may not be the exact same look as yours but it is pretty close, the pic I posted just looks like the pearls are a bit more prominent. Also no clue how big that fish is, I just got the pic from Google. Also it could just be a difference in what parachromis specie they used to create your hybrid. It could be that yours was made with a yellow jacket or a red tiger mota instead of a jaguar, which would explain the increased yellow/light orange coloration in yours compaired to the JagHorn I posted.

Btw here's a couple pics of my FH's just to show ya how diverse the fry can be from one another. These 2 are both sisters from the same parents and clutch of eggs but they both look totally different from each other.

Flowerhorns are so varied the fact that this fish has some blue in its fins doesn’t in no way exclude it from being a flowerhorn cross.

If you haven’t seen this yet take a look through this thread when you have time.
You can see the extent of how all different types of flowerhorn hybrids get into the market.
