You might as well be patient. The 4G network isn't up and running yet. I [plan on getting one at some point though.
Yeah it's only up in the biggest cities right now. They're aiming for nationwide 4g coverage by YE 2013. The thing I'll really miss is Android desktop widgets :(

I think apple will eventually lose to android. Its too versitle and the support behind it is getting larger every time someone decides to try their hands at rom building.

I agree, in a way. I love Android. I think it's the best OS out there. But I have an issue with the hardware. All the hardware these other phones are using is garbage. Screen resolution, camera, battery life, etc. No other phone even comes close. All these 8mp cameras coming out, and yet the iPhone 4 blows them all out of the water with a 5mp. I know mp means nothing when it comes to image quality, but my point is that these companies try to market silly little gimmicks to compete.

These days Android is getting slapped into anything that can make a phone call. Too many under-powered devices are floating around running Android. Too laggy, too buggy, and nobody bothers to thoroughly test their phones before release. I read that that work on the Verizon iPhone began in 2008, and went through a FULL YEAR of testing. You don't see that on any of these phones coming out today. They're so busy trying to pump out phones left and right that nobody bothers to do some quality control testing.

My gf has the Droid X, which is considered to be Verizon's best phone right now. While it's a great phone, it's far from being bug/lag-free. And let's not talk about its battery life.

I don't think it's a win/lose situation. And like Jose said, android is being put into anything that can dial. All the hardware is crap. Apple will always have Applefans, and Jose will soon be one. :D:headbang2

Might as well change your usertitle now, Jose.

I still am pro-Android, just not pro-Motorola, Samsung, HTC, etc etc. If only one of these guys could get it RIGHT :)
