Those of you who have been around a while will maybe remember what I did with my Parachromis community. For those that don't, I had males and females of all five species in the same tank for a few years with breeding including fry surviving to adulthood. A couple of years ago, some of the big ones started dropping out from old age. I traded some of the rest off. Now, it's just a four year old male dovii I've raised from a sub-juvenile with a tank full of stone cold killers in my 400g. He is well on his way to being the world's largest dovii in private aquaria. Way over a foot now, closer to two.

The good old days. Same dovii three years ago with fully grown giant oscars and adult jag for size reference.

No new pics for now, but rest assured, I can grow fish, lol. This is a comet I had for twelve years.

And how hou and your Parachromis comm are remembered!

Yeah, but I'm super lame, there's only one video and it's from about three years ago. Oscars were 15"+ for size reference.

You can check my sig line for what I had in there. I haven't updated it since the changes.

Can't wait to see pics of that Dovii

I'm in the middle of changing my tank all around. I had a bunch of live plants and wood and black sand. There was tons of cover for fishes to hide. I'm making it more single fish friendly. I'll get some current pics soon.
