so far im thinking a pair of chocolate cichlids, a few severums, a trio of geo's and an acara of some sorts and a load of plecs? Would i be overstocked?
ive changed my mind!! 100G what would you do? SA biotope?

With that list I wouldn't do anything less than a 6ft 125, bigger would be better but that would be my min.
There are so many choices w/ doing a SA tank.
-Angles, discus, dwarf cichlids, smaller tetra schools, plecos, and live SA plants.
-Geos, servs, larger tetras, plecos, pitcus cats, and some live plants. I would only use very hardy plants like amazon swords.
-Breeding pairs of large aggressive SA like red terrors, and some large dithers like silver dollars.
Just a few ideas.

i have 2 female choc's in my 75G an they are getting BIG!! i would advise against it. Id try get something that stays around 6" mark. Im thinking of some cichlasoma sajica at the moment. you could also go for some nicaraguan cichlids...but they are really aggressive!
