I think that the rays will be fine. Their growth and metabolism will slow down but, they will be fine. I am sure that there are systems in the amazon that get much cooler at certain times of the year than the 80+ degrees we keep them at regularly.

As a matter of fact, I will be shocked if they do not do well for you.

i had one that the pond gotten down to 58-60f for 2 days... the ray lived but it was sketchy.... hope all goes well alberto...

I set them to 22ºC.

But the next day, and until today, the sun as apeared and the heaters weren't neaded. But i left them on beacuse it's very cold and we never know.
