Wait if your going to put a heat pad, dont put it directly over the eggs and put a termostat to keep temps under control. You could stuck a taperware with sticky tape over it and filled with moist vermiculite, a portable incubator

I always wondered how to spell TAPERWARE,thanks Coura now I know.Good luck with the tokay eggs bro,I want one of those some day.
