i'm off to look through the lounge and go delete loads more rubbish, pics, and bumped old threads from a time gone by when the lounge was more lax with less member.
by the way it was me that removed the camping thread, i stand by that and i am off to delete it fully now that i have been reminded.

I agree with you mods 100% but how come when other members get to post something that seems kinda border line for our younger members it gets closed and deleted, but when pictures like these are posted in the "CROP NEO THREAD" it's Ok?

I know it's funny but when I'm at home and laughing through pics my son and daughter walk by sometimes. Now what would I say when they see pics like these? "Daddy why is that lady getting sprayed with water?" Now, most of you will say "you should just tell them not to look", but then this is MFK and this is supposed to be a family approved site! None of these kind of things should even be let up. Heck these pics have been on MFK for over a month!!! What makes it worse is that these pics are posted up in the CROP NEO THREAD which is one of the top 10 most viewed threads in the Lounge. 22,484 views when I last checked.

Now I respect the hard work the staff does for this site, I've been there before and I can only imagine you're job getting harder with more members. But I think u need to step back a bit and take a look at the threads that get away with these kind of things. That includes you Li. I don't get why threads like R1's get moved and deleted. They just contain words not pictures. My daughter can't read yet but she can certainly see what a picture shows. A picture says a thousand words.

This site has to be a clean environment FOR ALL AGES but I think you really need to look at where some of the stuff on this site is going. I think the staff in general has been too lax with what is posted in the Lounge because sadly to say they have been having too much fun in threads like the crop Neo thread. IMO these kind of threads give the wrong idea to some people and if I was still on staff I would have closed long ago. But i'm not anymore and I'm in no position to tell you or your staff how to run this site anymore. So you guys can do as you wish. I chose to return to the ranks of a regular member and I'll just have to follow by the rules, but don't think I won't speak up if I think some things aren't right.

I remember 3.5+ years ago where i can read every single post that was posted that day. now its an impossible task for me and the staff. We cant moderate all the thread and post that generate daily. you have to remember we are a member too, we read and interact with the topics we like and enjoy.

Which is why we implemented this "Report Button" Feature. Its a great feature that allow members to give feedback to any thread/post/private message. Its also a global announcement thread on every single forum on MFK to make sure no one missed it and know how to use it.

"CROP NEO THREAD" - i have checked, we try to keep it as clean as we can. we have cleaned out a lot of obscene crop with members help. check attachment.

Now the question is.... you are not a stranger to report thread/post. why you quoted and replied to that photo in question and not report it? As a staff we must also consider why a post is being reported and make sure it is truly offended someone and not used as a form of retaliation for previous disagreements.

I believe the MFK staff did a great job keep this forum running smoothly. I applaud them, as this is one stressful job to deal with.
