I've put pebbles! and my Rays look good suddenly!

My tank bottom was originally black but still it looked plain.
Maintenance was easy no doubt.
The Rays were ok before but now, they are just playing around with the gravel.
I didn't want to get those fine substrates as they trap dirt and crap much easier and maintenace would be a real pain.
So I decided to go for these granite pebbles. They're about 3 to 5mm roundish and not sharp for the Ray's bellies.
The pebbles don't "fly" about too easily unlike sand substrate.
