In a 75g i have 2 JDs, one green terror, pictus cat, leporinus, 2 red tail barbs. Tonight i noticed my jacks being very aggressive toward the other fish. After a second glance i saw i large amount of fry! I dont know really what to do ???? I thought the jacks were eating them at first but figured they were keeping them close to home...I have a spare 30g tank all set up and ready to go...should i move them ? if or what should i do with the fry once they become bigger ?
I didnt think the jacks would...but they did lol!!!!! Any suggestions would help thanks a lot!!!!!!

Your other tankmates may take a beating from the protective parents. The sooner you can move them, the better. The pair will still be a bit aggressive after you siphon the fry out, but they should calm down in a day or so.

I have a breeding pair of jacks in my tank they breed all the time. I just leave the fry in there. "Free Food" !! lol

i guess they are swimming around. at first there were some seemed to be stuck in the gravel but they are out and about. i see a few on the other side of the tank all alone. Thats were the other fish are too lol!
