Lol, Thanks Wesley. Persistent WC's, heavy filtration, a high quality pellet, low stress, and plenty of space allowed for him to flourish. I only sold him because I finally found a nice Amph to grow out as a true "Wet Pet". As beautiful as JD's are, they lack the interactive/outgoing personalities that Cichlids in the Amphilophus family exhibit. Otherwise, a large/healthy male adult JD can be an amazing looking specimen.
