if you want a centerpiece i would ask around for for bigger ebjd yes they do often drop off easily but then agen yeah
just get them bigger then 3 inches i reckon would be the smallest id buy them better chance in them surviving and yes there expensive fish

I absolutely agree with what everyone said. The water has to be super clean with excellent parameters. I had a pair that were 1.5''. Both of them died. To this day I still dont know why either. One morning, looked in the tank and he was layin on the bottom, a week later so was the second one. All the rest of the fish are still in the tank today. Haven't lost one of em.

2 weeks ago I picked up a 3.5'' pair and (1) 3'' standard. I pray every morning that they are still swimming around. 1 EB and the standard are in a 75 and the other EB is in a 30 by himself. Nasty little bastard too. No matter what I introduce to the tank, he will not let up until its dead. Probably gonna end up sellin him.
