Generally they're semi gressive, But if you're not experienced with this type of cichlid you may find them more agressive than you're used to. IMO I'd put them in the 75 with your Cons. They should do pretty well together
If the JD's are a mating pair you may have agression issues, but you should be ok if there are enough things breaking up the lines of sight in the tank.
I'd put your Oscars in the 90, but a bigger tank would be better for 2 of them. They're BIG and MESSY
