Established filter media is always helpful, even with Stability. Test you water though so we can " see" what's going on.

Bacteria don't live in "cycled water" they live in solid surfaces within the tank (filter media, rocks, driftwood, glass, filter hoses, etc). Adding nasty water to your tank won't do anything to speed any process.

old water is just old water. If adding nitrates is the goal then it would be useful, other than that is has no benefit.

I got my water test kit and there is no Ammonia, Nitrate/Nitrites. I think it's just new Tank shock like ALAINA said. Any other Ideas as to why she is not eating. One note, I have been feeding them pellets now, but I put in some flakes and she showed no interest in those either. What do you guys think? I also got some established biomax from my friend.
How long have they been in this tank? It's been suggested to try frozen bloodworms, I'd try that as I've not seen a fish refuse those unless it was really sick.

Ok, she hasn't been eating since Tuesday. There is no fungus on her at all, she looks like a perfectly healthy fish. No bloating, it doesn't even look sunken in at all. She does however eat bloodworms, she has been in the tank since monday. Also I haven't seen it poop in a few days.
Then it's just the new tank. Give her time to adjust. Offer a pellet or 2, if she doesn't eat it after a couple hours net it out. Keep this up until she eats them.
