As others have said EBJDs are very hard to sex. Best way is to introduce a know sex fish like a normal female or male JD. It's actions to the known fish should help you judge what it is.
In my case my EB is with a normal female JD, and by it actions I assume it's a male.

Now assuming mine is a male. I hazard a guess that yours is female. If you compare the two fish, yours fishes body looks more ovalish, like my normal female JD is compared to my EBJD. Also going off the assumption that the dorsal and anal fins have not been nipped on by other fish the fins on my male are way more elongated than your fishes are.
So I hazard a guess that it's female, and that is just a guess. You won't know for sure until it breeds and you see it lay eggs or try to fertilize laid eggs.
